Driving directions:
- From Milan: take the highway A1, direction “ROMA”;
- From Florence: take the highway A1, direction “ROMA”;
- From Pisa: take the highway A11, direction “FIRENZE”. Close to Florence continue into the highway A1 following directions “ROMA”;

In all cases, exit the A1 at “Valdichiana/Bettolle”:
- exit the highway A1 at the “Valdichiana/Bettolle” exit, - out of the toll, follow signs for “Torrita di Siena”, then “Montepulciano” and then “Pienza”,
- once you arrive in “Pienza”, at ‘Piazza Dante Aligheri’ (which it is a big square with a park in the middle and a war monument), turn left into “Viale Mangiavacchi”,
- after about 150 meters (after passing the ‘Consorzio Agrario’ on your left), find a parking and park the car,
- the apartment is at the following address: Corso Rossellino, n. 97

- From Rome: take the highway A1, direction “FIRENZE”;
- exit the highway A1 at the “Chiusi/Chianciano Terme” exit, - after the toll, turn right and then left at the crossroad, following signs for “Chianciano”, “Montepulciano” and then “Pienza”,
- once you arrive in “Pienza”, at ‘Piazza Dante Aligheri’ (which it is a big square with a park in the middle and a war monument), turn left into “Viale Mangiavacchi”,

Car Rental: Siena or Chiusi - Chianciano Terme. There is also a railway station in both cities.
Car Wash: Montepulciano, Sinalunga and Siena.

LOCATION: Il Rossellino - apartment in Pienza in Tuscany - is about 1 ½ hours from Florence, one hour from Siena and 45 minutes from Arezzo. The nearest airport is Florence. Rome and Pisa are equidistant , about 2 ½ hours by car.

OTHER FACILITIES AVAILABLE NEAR BY: just out side the door of Il Rossellino one can enjoy all the delights of Pienza, a town rich with art and culture and well endowed with award winning restaurants.

There are the Renaissance buildings of Pienza, the square with the Cathedral, the museo Diocesano, the Pieve di Corsignano and also other nearbytowns such as Montepulciano, S Quirico and Montalcino and the small villages of Bagno Vignoni, Monticchiello together with the Parco Naturalistico della Val d'Orcia.

In the surrounding country side it is possible to go hot air ballon riding, mountain biking, horse riding,wine tasting or simply relax in one of the many thermal spas that are in the area.
